For custom orders which are often customized to your specific design and preferences, **we do not accept returns or offer refunds**. This includes, but is not limited to, custom logos, prints, embroidery, and other personalized elements. Please ensure all order details, including designs, sizes, and quantities, are reviewed and confirmed before placing an order.<\/p>\n

If the products you receive are defective or damaged due to manufacturing errors or shipping mishandling, we will accept returns and issue a refund or replacement.
